Default Taping Experiences Anyone?

Some yrs back before hip replacement in 2010, I had gone to a PT for knee and he did some taping but I didn't stick with this work...guess I was so consumed with groin pain and ended up with hip replacement...so now almost 5 yrs later, knee is worse and foot/ankle worse and ankle weaker. OA involved too, but worse since leg turned out shorter after replacement.....it's been a journey I never thought I'd be on.

So I'm thinking of going back to taping to help with inflammation and stability of knee and foot/ankle.

I saw a few comments here but can't find them now so throwing it out asking of anyone's taping experiences. Thanks...
