I'm going to the market tomorrow and will get a nice stock of brocolli, brussel sprouts, romaine lettuce and some other Greens and these are all alkaline. I'm on last little bunch of brocolli and will eat that today. I'm still eating meat as I feel good on meats, but not great amounts. I add to my greens real butter and coconut oil. And sea salt.

Dave, the best tasting potatoe was in the UK back in the 80's and thinking it was probably from Ireland. I'd love to have one of those but it's not gonna happen.

I don't like to waste either, but if a food in the refrig could be questionable, out it goes. I don't bring bread in my house but will offer to make a stuffing for thanksgiving meal at my daughters. C
