Default Question about daylight savings time and meds

Wondering if there is anybody who is qualified
In the weaning of Xanax
And am on opioids
The opioids I have no issue with
When should I take my Xanax in the morning
I start my day with it in the 7:00 doses
I weaned myself off 1mg to .05mg broke it in half
It is week three still feeling the withdrawals
Thank you in advance
Me

Default With no response yet

And then doctors who do not give a turd
So i thought to myself
I will let my body tell me
It is basically my interal clock
And take it from there
Until then will look out for any response

Weaning off Benzos can take MONTHS. Don't expect a quick
process.

Maybe ask the specific question again?

Your title says this - Question about daylight savings time and meds

Are you asking if the morning dose of Xanax @ 7am needs to be changed because of the time change?

sure here goes

because i have been weaned off my morning dose of 1mg
DOWN to .05mg
and because it is IN MY MORNING DOSE
TAKEN AT 7:00 A.M.
WHEN WOULD YOU SUGGEST ONE TO TAKE "IT"
THE XANAX

I would keep it in line with the clock to avoid confusion down the track when time changes again. Stick to 7am regardless of circadian rhythm, if you were hospitalised (please no) the nursing staff will still dispense at 7am no matter what time it is in the daylight saving cycle.

Default midway

so i took it at mid point from the time before savings
we shall se what it does to afternoon dose
a half hour coming off of xanax will cause physical ramification
YES
even by a half hour
oh let me be specific
im talking about this body
that still lays on my left side and type away
with my trusting pencil eraser side in use
there
that should do it
