Can someone tell me if Vicodin and Narco/Norco have the same ingredients? If not, which one would be classed as being more potent. The reason why would be really appreciated, too. :-))

only in a different ratio.
Norco is typically the lowest in acetaminophen (Tylenol) content. Both come in different strengths.. Vicodin == 5mg/7.5mg/10mg (active hydrocodone portion) 5mg/500 acetaminophen 7.5mg/ 750 acetaminophen 10mg/660 acetaminophen Norco == 7.5/10mg (hydrocodone) to 325 acetaminophen Then there is Lortab... similar as well. And others. www.rxlist.com www.drugs.com Norco is typically given when less acetaminophen is required. The latter tends to be liver toxic in high doses.
