This is so true!! I was on Topamax 50 mg twice a day and I could feel myself getting angrier and less tolerant of my family and I could not handle stress at all. Then I started thinking I needed to write a letter to my father telling him why I was going to end my life! I HAVE NEVER had any thought are problems like this before in my life! I finally came to my senses and thought it could be the topamax. I got off of it and within a few days I was back to normal. I would be very careful with these meds!!!
