This is alarming. I just saw the report myself!

I am putting in a small quote here from the above link because these

The shock findings will be of major concern to the millions of Britons who take aspirin every day to stave off fatal heart attacks and strokes.

The drug is used to thin the blood, which reduces the risk of dangerous clots forming in key blood vessels.
1000 patients is a large number also so the concern is greater IMO.

What is alarming here is the number of people found to have
bleeding---70%. This high number has never been published before.
