Default MP treatment

I’ve been diagnosed with MP, the pain is absolutely unbearable. I have done so much research on it and seen the treatments available but unfortunately my doctor won’t prescribe me any of the medications because I am on antidepressants and I take medication for epilepsy too. He says the usual like Gabapentin and pregabalin will interact with those I’m already on.

I’m at my wits end, i’m In agony all day at work, then I come home for rest and I cannot sleep because the pain seems to be even worse at night and I cannot bear having the sheets touch my leg. Anyone got any ideas?
