Default Is this something I should worry about?

So I'm having these... problems, and I'm wondering if it's somewhat normal or indicative of a more serious movement disorder. Basically when I stretch a muscle not even necessarily in a really firm and contorted way, I get these fine twitches and shakes that are pretty rapid. I notice it in my lips when I'm sucking on stuff or drinking, I notice it in my fingers sometimes when I'm holding my hands in certain positions while typing, or if I'm squeezing something, etc. Sometimes when resting I'll get a little twitch in different parts of my body that vibrates kind with really subtle quivering and makes me feel sort of anxious not in a "I have to move around" sort of way, but in a, "this is a very unpleasant sensation" kind of way.

I'm worried because I was pretty much forced to take atypical antipsychotics on-and-off when I was 18 and 19 (I'm 20 now), though I'm not sure if it fits the pattern of EPS like TD, dystonia, akathisia... or if it's something different. None of the doctors I've talked to as of yet (several internists, a psychiatrist, and a non-specialist neuro) have been able to give me a proper diagnosis, so I'm seeing a movement disorder specialist in two weeks. I took an EMG about a year ago and it was normal.

I also took Klonopin for about a year and a half and it helped for a bit with the anxiety from the feelings though not the feelings themselves, and it stopped working as well I decided not to take it anymore and tapered off of it. Only other medical history was a head injury back in 2005 where I hit my head while skateboarding and had a concussion but they did a couple years of neuro testing and I was fine a month or so after the injury.

If you have any idea as to what might be the problem or if you can just give a ballpark estimate as to how worried I should be about this I would really appreciate it. Thanks.
