I will tell you I have been diagnosed now for about 3 years with dystonia, generalized, and have had it probably closer to 6 triggered by a severe trama to my spinal cord. I am wondering what meds you take for your dystonia. I currently do injections of botox into my neck every 3 month, and baclofen and clonazapam. I have found massage helpful but expensive, water helpful too, but the feeling of weakness and pain and twitching never leaves. What helps if anything?
