Default Essential Tremors

I was diagnost with essential Tremors and I had taken some sort of blood pressure medication for it, and had no luck. That was years ago and I have not tried anything else. Is there anything that helped you that i can maybe try. I originally found this site when searching for cervical neck pain and seen this subject and would like to find out more info on this as well
