Mine is often realted to my iron deciency anemia. Low iron is realted to restless leg among other things. It calms down after I take my prescription iron. Also magnesium helps me too.

I wonder if what I'm experiencing is Restless Leg as mine is extremely painful, travels from the hip all the way down the back of my legs...

I was low in iron so started a supplement, perhaps I need to have it re-checked and up the dosage as I'm also not much of a meat eater..
