LOL Sally!

Well, I got the vacuuming done today. It has been a very busy day so I'm proud of myself for at least getting that done too.

Tomorrow I'll do more of a workout and maybe even dust too.

LOL Sally.

Ewiz: housework definitley qualifies for activity.

I swam 1.25 miles this morning. I'm trying to get up enough motivation to lift some weights for bone building. Supposed to do it at least 2x per week.

I have been getting slammed by work and family stuff and went 6 days with no workouts. Finally got to a spin class last night and did 59 minutes with a max HR of 86% of max, avg HR 77% of max, and 865 calories burned. I want badly to get out and do some road riding, but it has just been too hot by the time I can drag myself out of bed on the weekend mornings. Maybe this weekend?!

Just finished 40 minutes of Pilates.

I need to rake and level a bare spot on the lawn and plant grass seed. That will be at least 20 minutes of cardio when I get to it. It's about a 10x16' spot that our pop up camper sat for 15 years before we sold it. I'll get it done after lunch which is coming right up out of the microwave.

Got the grass seed planted too. One more thing to cross off my list of to-dos also.

I had a DUH moment last night. Free yoga instructions via youtube. I really, really want to do yoga but can't afford classes and/or a DVD. So last night I was searching Yoga and MS and came across a promotional video that they posted on youtube. Then I started my search. There are lots of them out there.

This morning I did Yoga Today via youtube for free. There are enough yoga videos out there that I don't think I'd ever get bored with the same one every morning.

Youtube is a wonderful thing. YOu can even get guitar lessons on Youtube

TxBatman, I am glad you finally got to work out. You are such an exercise fan, that it must be hard to miss it, especially when you are working so hard.

Hi ewiz: Pilates and I never got along. I'm glad it works for you

Got my stretching done doing more ballet type moves. This video was a little too fast for me. I could see and feel my lack of coordination.

Now it is off to do some housework - bathroom.

Ballet stretching is kind of fun tkrik. Good job

I swam 1 1/4 miles this morning and lifted weights last night.

It was kind of fun. She just went through the moves too fast. I don't move that fast. And as always, the left leg was so uncoordinated. (I have resigned to the fact that I will always have that now).

Does that make it 1 1/4 miles 2 days in a row? That's awesome. You increased by a 1/4 of a mile. You keep doing that and maybe by next summer you will be at 2 miles a day.

I had a half hour brisk walk today down to the bank this morning to pay the property taxes. Sort of like walking the plank, lol.

Anyway, that might be it until Sunday since I have my Tysabri infusion tomorrow morning. I usually rest up that day and the day after too.
