Nice walk ewiz. Good idea to lay low on infusion day.

I swam a mile this morning.

Thanks Tkrik for the attagirl. I dont want to swim the extra too often so as to not jinx my shoulder. But sometimes, I just don't want to get out of the pool!

Today I finally got some exercise. After taking a nap and after dinner, I went down to the park and shot baskets for 20 minutes at dusk. It was cool but low light. I made about 18 hole in ones. A couple of hole in twos also. It really gets my heart going too.

I haven't had much physical exercise at all this weekend and I hope to catch up somewhat this week.

Hey Sally,

I can even do cliff diving in my dreams, and swim faster than Michael Phelps. I used to levitate too but haven't done that in ages.

Ok, I'm on a roll. I did 32 minutes on the elliptical and burned off 580 calories. Now I can eat an extra big supper, lol.

Wow ewiz! That's amazing

Dejibo: That is very brave to walk at all while feeling so sick.

Sally, that is good that you do that stretching

I swam a mile today as soon as I got home from north carolina this afternoon. In NC, I walked 1.5 miles on the treadmill for 30 mins (I swim so much better than I walk) bcuz the hotel pool had no chlorine--blech. I bring my own test strips. It was an awesome trip.

Missed a few postings and a few workouts, but got back on track last night. 65 minutes in spin class, max 91% of max HR, avg 74% of max, 896 calories burned.

Going to miss spin class tomorrow night for the first meeting of a new "Because We Can" group here in town. It is a group being organized for those of us with MS that are still able to be active in sports like cycling. Not really sure what the direction is going to be for the group, but I guess we will find out tomorrow night.
