I did 33 minutes on the elliptical tonight before supper. I burned 500 calories and had my heart rate up to 135. It's interesting how it releases endorphins and I feel so much better. I try to focus on the end result instead of how difficult it is while I'm exercising.

You are so right about that mental feeling of well being after exercising. I call it my Pool high! Good for you for sticking with this ewiz. You are an inspiration to all of us here.

I swam a mile this morning, before the Thunderstorms arrive. Loved it.

Erin, I am glad you are starting to get some relief.

I cleared 2 acres of horse poo. By hand (wearing gloves) because it's easier than using a pick up scoop. It was hard work !! Made harder by a horse following me around with a look of despair as I take away the poo. The look on his face says 'I was saving that one for later'.

Thats a huge amount of work pud! Funny anecdote about the horse too

I lifted weights for 30 mins last night while watching Serena vs Clijsters; and then I swam my mile this morning It felt very good to be in the pool

I dusted, swept and vacuumed today. Not a huge workout but I worked up a sweat.

Been doing yoga daily now. Some days I just do a simple 10 minute routine, others a 30 minute session. Gearing up for walking weather.

Did a stationary bike for 35 min., then one half hour of weight machines. Walked the dog for 30 min. when I got home. I need to lose this bloat!! Makes me feel like the Michelin man...

tkrik and Fin, you go girls, with all that Yoga. I've never felt good doing yoga, but I know most people really enjoy it.

Debbie, That is soooo excellent. Remember, that exercise won't do much to lower weight--increase your protein, eliminate bread, rice, potato, sweets and it should come off. Its great that you can do a half hour on the machines.

I swam a mile this morning.

Way to go Deb!!

Well, I wanted to shoot baskets but it was unseasonably hot today so I did my 40 minute Pilates workout. It's supposed to cool off the next few days so I can shoot baskets then.

If we get a good rain and cool weather I'll also be able to get caught up on gardening.
