Default Non-MS Immune system trouble after quiting CRABs?

The doctors keep telling me that since I'm not on the crabs anymore my immune system should be back to it's overactive self. Problem is I keep getting sick and getting infections that won't go away. Currently it's a staff infection on my face (lovely) which has come back again despite my being chock full of anti-biotics. 3rd trip to the dermatologist this afternoon.

Has anyone else stopped using one of the crabs and seen similar results?
