Putting my hand up here, but mine don't always wait until night time.
![]() Mine is definitely peri-menopausal but I had thought I was through that. Oh well, apparently not. ![]() When I mentioned the sweats to my doctor, she suggested Evening Primrose Oil which is a very effective herbal remedy for menopausal symptoms, and I must admit I've had marked relief since starting the capsules. Do you take narcotic pain relief, because I was also led to believe that taking long term pain killers can sometimes lead to night sweats. mrsD should be able to tell you if that's true or not.
