Default Cold is not my friend

Spasticity is a real problem for me and the cold weather is my worse enemy. I can escape the heat, but the cold....OMG.....I have to get a heating pad....take a warm shower.....get under an electric blanket....anything to get the knots out of my muscles. A blast of cold air can hit my face and send my neck and shoulders into painful spasms. I have even invested in some of those over the counter patches that heat up for when I unexpectedly get the spasms and have no way to relieve them. AHHHHHHHH
