I wouldn't take it with the thyroid. And maybe the LDN....since it is low dose. (but not sure about that).

So many things influence thyroid, so take that on an empty stomach to be sure.

I have no problem with the Curcugel, no heartburn, nada.
But I wouldn't lie down for an hour after, just to be sure.
I tend to reflux ginger extract if I lie down too soon.
This may reflux too, since it is a spice. I always took mine early in the day, never at night.
