I followed all of your adviseseses and believe, my innards are finally warming up. Feeling much better..:grouphug:

i also have a lot of muscle pain. i get a massage once a wk which really helps. i also use a heating pad. but be careful. 20" on, 20" off. use moist heat if you can. and, i have a homedics seat. you put it on a chair and it gives great massage to your back. when i'm really bad it's enuf to break it up. hope you feel better. |
