Default New to neuro

Hi all...just needed a place for reassurance I guess. I am seeing a neurologist this morning and am very nervous...My symptoms started in Aug, tingling in my hands and feet and around my mouth. Saw my GP and had lab work done, initially my B-12 level was low and I started injections, after several days, the symptoms subsided, but a few weeks later, they returned full force. Had another level drawn and was high normal. My symptoms persist along with new ones, whole rt leg with pins and needles, balance problems, extreme fatigue, lack of concentration (almost like a fog) muscle twitching, pain in legs....not sure what is going on here, but all I can find seems to point to MS. Have also found correlation to B-12 defeciency. I am a nurse and not usually nervous about my own health until now....any thoughts??
