I was going to suggest your sx might be a result of the neck sprain. Try not to freak about that. The good news is, that can repair itself.

Anti inflamitories - Tylenol, Advil, etc - should help. Ice/heat, even if the neck does not feel sore or hurt. My neck often does not feel too bad, but causes sx all over and txing the neck makes those sx ease up. Also rest, and what I mean is, lay your head down comfortably. Just as you would put your foot up if you sprained your ankle, put your head down and give your neck a break a few times a day. See if that helps.

If the flu doesn't get you, all this worrying will. You need to find some way to chill out, Erin. I sat and watched Bad Santa the other night, and then Elf. Wow, what a diff a few laughs can make.
