I did 30 minutes on the elliptical. We're in the process of getting 5-10" more snow on top of the six inches we already had!

I stopped moving at about 4 PM yesterday. LOL! Had to do my stretches, though, just to get out of bed, this morning.

20 Minutes swimming with 2 or 4 jets.
lots of massage jets.

and even more hard work of making all that vitamin D

Its great to see all of this activity in my absence. LA was great fun, and I got to swim every day in the hotel pool

I have so much pain in my legs most of the time, spasms and just dull pain, it seems the more I exercise my legs and try to get my heat rate up by the end of the day I can hardly walk. I take ibuprofen and baclofen, the more I exercise the more I go down and I don't do a lot of exercise anyway but still it hurts and I don't like to sit around and do nothing. I think my next try is yoga, what can I lose?

Have you tried swimming/ You can work your arms and just let your legs drag behind. Yoga might do the trick too. WElcome to the club poochie.

I swam a mile yesterday and again today in the cold FLorida air and water.

Walked for 30-35 minutes both yesterday and today...also did 20 min. of step game on the Wii balance board. Legs are so not happy today... but at least I'm moving...

I did 42 minutes of "Express Belly Blast" exercises on DVD. It has a warm up, cardio intervals, weight training, yoga and a cool down.
