Most of my UTI's seem to start just a few days before the girl stuff will...you know, just to make things interesting (and really really ^&*#$*& annoying)

Girl stuff + UTI = pain and uncomfies.

Hopefully the UTI will go away for you very soon...

RW, I never get symptoms except increased urination, a "stuffy" feeling (Too many orgasms (feels "stuffy to me? Maybe, kind) but UTI (no pain still) has become UTI from hell, a super bacteria resistant to all antibiotics given me so far and despite being sent out to lab for diagnosis, on my 4rd course of antibiotics, 2 which take 2 weeks to complete. UTI's need to be looked at as potentially serious. PCP already consulting with "the experts" in case. RW, go to a doctor, don't try to manage yourself. Went over a year without a UTI (got cocky and felt immune) but got one now from hell!!!!!

Thanks Kicker!
I am feeling much better. I am still keeping my appointment tomorrow morning since we have other things to take care of, and I will ask what the lab results were. I want to know what bug's in there.

I am exposed to a lot of germies at work. I carry hand sanitizer at all times and use it. I wash my hands at least 20 times a shift. I shower daily when I get home. We've had problems recently with a client who has a resistant staph infection and that just makes me more careful about what I touch while working. I was able to avoid getting the H1N1 that the man had after Thanksgiving, while living in the same house.

This was my first UTI and I never want another one. Now that I know what it feels like, I plan on making sure to get in and get treated immediately if I ever feel it again!

Just another lovely experience I can chalk up under "how to listen to your body" !

My list is getting longer, but I never have to remember what "having a ruptured appendix" feels like again.:D

Let's hope this UTI is of the "tried it once and done" variety!
