If you havent had a bm in 4 days, it's time to go see the doctor. Call someone in the morning. If not the GP, call your neuro, maybe he can get your other doctor to get off his butt and help you. If the stand-in neuro wont help you, does he have a nurse or a PA...maybe one of them could recommend something?
