Default Feel like I took earthquake pills

does anyone else have this problem after moving around a lot or exercising? Both my legs will violently tremble for a little while after I walk a bit or if I exercise. Makes yoga fun, and I feel like wile coyote.

Don't know if it's just because I'm starting to get myself moving again or if this is something I should talk to my doc about. It's one of those confusing moments on what to do.

Thanks for listening.
