Chris, is a nerve conduction study usually done with the EMG? I do remember that the NCS was the one that really hurt.

Hello Doydie,
Yes, as the NCR is part of the EMG. The EMG is almost like an EKG of one's muscle during a NCR if you will. The EMG is a study of the reaction of one's muscles during the NCR. If you would like further explanation, please feel free to email me here on the site. I would be more than happy to explain further to the best of my knowledge. Good luck. All the best, Chris |
