Wish I had some advice. I was let go because I had, probably, no rights under the ADA. I was a para in the school system. Over-qualified for the job. But, no more rights than an untenured teacher. Could be let go for no reason. "Dr. HR"'s reason, although he didn't tell me, was simply that I requested FMLA time, for the 4th yr in a row.
Was obvious to me at the time, and the Special Ed dept. confirmed it when I filed for SSDI and they wrote health reasons as the reason I was no longer employed there. ~ Faith
