Standing all day is tough for me, much harder than walking ewiz. Maybe throttle back on the intensity of the elliptical.

It was too cold to swim early this morning. Less than 50 air temp, so I walked for 45 minutes. I hate it, but it was a decent stand in for swimming.

not only me but my father, who is so much weaker since his cancer..stuff... WE went downhill skiing, it was great, and a great time. Sore now and tomorrow might get stuck in bed lol.. but 1. it was wonderful getting my dad on the slopes and that he would try it.. and succeed and 2. skiing with him, when I really do not know how much longer we have of time with him, and to do that together..WOW and 3. after he was done for day.. I went out and did the black diamond ones.. skied fast and furious and it felt WONDERFUL! to be able to do it still... of course on a non humid day.. balance was good... sun shining and in the 40s... so wonderful....had to share..hugss,sarah

I did 36 minutes of Pilates today.

I work the next five days in a row and have one day off, a six day work week next week. Someone took medical leave. Wish me luck!

Wow Sabi, skiing. I am jealous of you-- I love skiing

Good job ewiz.

Good luck on MRI Dejibo.

It was 73 in the pool and 48 air temp, so guess who did not get a swim in today , again. So, I jogged/walked for 50 minutes: not so much fun. Maybe tomorrow the pool will be warmer...

Im going to walk a half mile today, then go to the store. all that extra walking will put me over my mile goal.

btw, the DH has offered to buy me a trike! what a guy!

Did spin classes Tuesday and last night. 65 minutes on Tuesday and about 48 minutes last night. Feeling like I have recovered well from being sick last week. Got my stitches out of my nose yesterday, so no more funky bandage to deal with. Going out tomorrow morning for a training ride in the hills. Should end up with around 48-50 miles total. At least the weather is warming up and the wind isn't supposed to be too bad!
