Since going gluten free/no red meat I've lost 70 pounds. I've noticed over the last month I've been feeling more and more spacey and irritable with disturbed sleep patterns, and really wanting to be left to myself. I've been on 200mg of Zoloft for years, and 150mg of Wellbutrin SR for probably 3-4 years. I was wondering if these dosages are too high now that I've lost all that weight.
I did call the prescribing dr and she thought since I'd been on them so long that it shouldn't make a difference, but we all know that the collective experience on this site is tremendous. I'd like to hear what you all think. It could also just be the MonSter rearing its ugly head, since I'm overdue for a relapse. I'm beginning to feel like I've gone completely 'round the bend, my head is so messed up. Of course, RL is pretty much *****, too, which isn't helping AT ALL. (Whine, whine.) Not sure which is the cause and which is the effect.
