Mylin sheath repair can also happen with fish oil blends. The krill oils are better than the standard oils, but BE CAREFUL if you are allergic to shellfish with what kind of oils you take.

Mylin is a fatty substance, and our body needs the fatty oils to help repair it. Omega 3 fat does a good job. The problem with MS isnt the sheath itself, its the fact that our immune systems keep munching on it. yummy fat juicy mylin. Yum!

Do yourself a favor. Eat a healthy diet. exercise if you can. Take a mental break from all the stress and worry. If you are doing a nice balance in your life, then you are doing great! Extremes either way can lead to trouble. Too much food is bad for us, but so is too little. Too little vitamin D is a common problem for us, but if you take too much you get kidney stones.

You may want to consider a trip to a nutritionist who can help you get all the stuff you need from good healthy foods, and combos of food. Well worth the price for that visit.
