I went for a 20 minute walk yesterday. Looking forward to the increasingly longer days so I can get outside a bit more. Walks during lunch will be difficult though because I can't go back and do sales after sweating.

Went for a 45 minute walk with my neighbor so I got socialization along with exercise! What a deal.

I went to the fitness center today, despite being fatigued. I got on a stationary bike and lasted all of 10 minutes before I had to get off due to severe leg spasms.
I walked over to the weight machines and did my 30 minute circuit. Couldn't do full sets for some of them, but I got it all in anyway.
Then, in the late afternoon I mowed the lawn. Felt good, love the smell of freshly mowed grass!! It took about 45 minutes, and my hair was wet from the workout!!

I did 15 minutes of upper body boxing moves yesterday and went for a ten minute walk on lunch while at work. Nothing much today but I will tomorrow.

Well, I filled a 5 gal. bucket with pond water and carried it about 15 ft before dumping it...about 25 times. Since I was sweaty and had an overheating incident, I count it as "moving"...
