Me neither.... especially considering the high number of us who suffer from it!

Im a paraplegic so don't feel the pain but spasms..sure glad I cant feel them.
Every time I transfer from chair to anything, my foot shakes back/forth like its posessed. Legs kick, abdomen trembles, I feel like shaken baby syndrome. Lasts a few seconds. Even laying in bed all of a sudden 1 leg will kick like I got shocked. I take 120mg baclofen throughout the day. Will add one Soma if it gets worse. Marinol (synthetic thc & very expensive) helps alot however if people say baclofen causes confusion, I don't have to tell you thc will cause even more. Good luck.

Also - magnesium 200-400mg is mentioned often on medical show I listen to.
You'll know if you're taking too much. Lets just say constipation won't be an issue
