OK, I've had sx of MS since 1964, DXed 1976....a long time, right? I've decided that I don't want the #$%* stuff anymore. Enough is damn enough.

I missed a lot of the fun of my active years, do to MS and it's cankorous sx. I now want to enjoy my older age, with a little more vim and vigor! I still have it in my heart and mind but, my body keeps saying no.

I want you all to go over to the window, throw open the sash and holler, at the top of your lungs.. "Sally's not going to take it anymore and neither are we!!!"

Sally, I can definitely hear you on this one.

I'm sure my neighborhood heard me as well this morning with some choice words I shouted as my leg gave out on me.

Great now my throat is sore from all that yelling!

My local hardware store has Snake Begone, Mole Begone and Deer Begone, but no MS Begone. If they did I'd send you a big package. I don't want Deer Begone, rather buy Deer Come'er.

I could hear you from the highway, I've been out and about for the last few days and this is one serious pay day for me. My mind has a huge list of very simple things to do and every last one of them just seems overwhelming!

Just the usual creepy crawly, tingly, spastic, and general weakness. The biggest thing to me is, that I really can't walk anymore..

Most of my SX are in my legs...the left one, more than the right. As a matter of fact, if both legs were as good as my right one, I'd have little problem walking. I can still stand, hold on and transfer, but can't take more than a few steps.

I believe LDN has minimized my SX, especially my MS fatigue. I just have normal tiredness now...no longer have the debilitating MS Fatigue..

I keep up my daily exercises and stretches to keep things moving, but my left leg is not strong enough to help me walk...bahhhh!!!

As one who doesn't really walk, I have to think walking is over-rated. Here, have some sour grapes (Kipling Just So stories). Of course I get bitter but never changes. I can wear what ever shoes I want now, so there.
