I'd give it a whirl. I wonder if there is an all-terrain model . . . so I could get back to hiking again! Seriously, I think it looks like a great innovation with great possibilities.

Now, there's an idea! None of this self-toileting nonsense. 8-). Have to wear a lap blanket though.

Looks pretty cool, but I'd need a seatbelt in order to stay on. Yep, that was my first thought, LOL!

See my Avatar! When kids were toddlers and I wasn't yet DXed and far from being in a chair, they called handicapped symbol "Potty-man".

I’d have to wait until they come up with a “plus size” model. In any case, it looks like loads of fun.

That is neat!!!!! But if I took that to Disney World as my wh/ch I would still be exhausted because I can't lean back and relax, put my feet on the foot rest, etc. And I need my basket! Plus it would get stolen. But would be nice for strolling along the river, zoo.

I googled it and found another video. (it's a youtube link)
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-dTy50T9fGQ This video showed some people playing around with the U3-X at what looks like a hotel convention room. There's some actual audio in the video and it sounds like the U3-X is loud. It looks like you cant exactly use the U3-x as a wheelchair, because I saw people having to use their feet to change directions. I just dont see someone who cant move using this thing. It's still cool, but I'm guessing it's not practical for a handicapped person to use it. The way I feel right now, I doubt I'd be able to use something like this, and I can walk. (right now I have deep full body numbness, whole body feels like it's in a spasticity attack, especially my back, and I'm dizzy and feel like I'm going to fall over while just sitting here) I think this thing would make me even more dizzy. I still think it's cool tho. It'd be cool if they could adapt the technology they used for practical use in the handicap world.
