Hi Doydie,
several days have passed now. How are you feeling? It could be connected to pms junk, additional stress, the melatonin. I took it very briefly years ago and decided it was not good for my personal make up. It could just be part of the odd visiting yuckies that come and go with m.s.

Sleep probs are very common. And once you allow the fatigue issue to rear its head you have double the trouble. You may want to try resting mid day for an hour or two to recharge your batteries. I do not mean sleeping but just laying down and reading a magazine or a book. I hope you are feeling better. m
