Dej, I'm glad you found a keeper. They're hard to find. I bet you are curious yourself to what this is and why? I pray it is not a major thing, but one that can be treated easily.

We never know what's in our DNA from many past generations and why we are the ones to get these ailments. So maybe he is on the right track in finding a cause for your pain and fever. You need answers ASAP.
