Worked out on a stationary bike for 24 minutes before the leg spasms got to be too much. Then did weight machines for 25 minutes.

Sal, I've been watching my inlaws decline for the last 4.5 years...getting old is not pretty, and is not for the weak!! And then to have to deal with a stupid condition like MS...well, I'm cramming as much living into today as I can!!
