I'm back to working full time myself, so I find time to sit down and read the boards is getting more and more difficult. I'm usually out and about walking/enjoying the summer and doing chores.

Besides that, I think after my initial diagnosis, I just wanted to go about living my life. I find my best defense is to sometimes forget I have this disease. Which I'm truly thankful that, other than my head pains and occasional sensory symptoms, I can.

Distance is good, but this is still the best place to come and connect, vent, etc with others who understand us

Thanks for the visit home and please do check in once in awhile and let us, stuck at home, buddies, know what's going on out there.

Hi Sally, guess who? It's me. Good Topic Sally.

I was missing a few days because I was sore from the Thyroid biopsy, but I am back to myself for the moment.

I miss so many people that were on here. I think Facebook got them and won't give them back.

I am not a member of FB. It's too time consuming. I like an occasional youtube event or researching on the net. But my home base is here and I go to BT too to try to help people there if I can. Sometimes this place, like all the other forums, get real slow in the summer.

People work, or have vacation time, kids are off from school wanting to go places and do things, some want to get out in the warm weather, and like Laura forget they have MS for a while, and last but not least, the heat melted their computers.

I hope more people pop on and just let us know they are okay.

Gazelle probably went to FB with Av8girl. I miss them all. It's like they ran away from home..Waaaaaaa!!

Dam FB. I go there for Family only. My Friends and support is raught cheer.

Me, too, Sal. I have 19 friends on FB and they're all family. I often wonder how someone has 1,027 friends.......I mean, it must take them hours to read their news feed of recent updates!

It's a good way to keep up with family you don't keep in constant contact with and even those you do. This place is my "home", though.
