My husband does the ones in the backs of my arms and the butt ones. He is an EMT so he already knew how to give shots but I had to show him how to do the auto-injector.

I guess it's just learning to trust them. I had been only doing my stomach and legs because they are the ones I can reach. I have a lot of pain with my shots (which they tell me is abnormal) so I wasn't wanting him to have to do it. I think my pain always seems harder to deal with when I see how it hurts him to see me that way. He always tries his best to do anything that helps but there's not much he can do most of the time. Well anyway I have less site reactions when I use all the possible sites sooo... now he does them for me where I can't reach.

I know none of this helps much but I hope you find a way to get comfortable.
