Thanks all...neuro still thinks it has a lot to do with crummy sleep patterns. We're working on that first. Magnesium...I'm going to do some research on foods first before I injest another pill, but thanks for that info...

hey there! I wanted to respond to your jerking post as I strongly think this is MS related. I was diagnosed last year and am 22 yrs old. I experience the jerking in a few different fingers along with my legs and arms as well. I say this is MS related as I didn't ever experience this before I was diagnosed.

Also, I hear that you are fighting for us in Illinois for Safe Access. THANK YOU SOOOOO MUCH!!!!!
