Thanks again everyone!

Sandy- Thanks for keeping them posted for me!

Friend2u- I am experiencing tightness/stiffness in the middle of my back, like the muscles around my spinal cord, from top to bottom of back, both sides, then on the right side there is a muscle that i have really painful spasms in. I find myself in the same boat as you, constantly leaning all the way back in my chair, it feels like my muscles are too tired to support my whole body. MS just sucks. period. lol

But thanks again for all of your support I love you guys!!!!

Ana,
Are you on any muscle relaxants? the NMSS has a stretching instructional page on it's site. It really helps lessen the tightness for me (when I remember to do them LOL).
Hope you feel better soon

Thanks Debbie!

I am not on any muscle relaxants at this time but the neuro said to call back in a week after Prednisone if I am still experiencing the tightness/stiffness/spasms and he would write a script for the muscle relaxers. I didn't want to have to do that but it's just getting out of hand, all I want to do is just lay to relax by back muscles.

and thank you for your efforts here in IL! Sandy told me you're helping to get that bill passed with us! Thanks!!!!
