Nancy has a good suggestion. Bland foods....dry toast, saltines, ginger ale. Also try keeping some hard peppermint candy available. I used to keep a piece of that in my mouth and it was unbelievably helpful.

Thank you gals for the info about what to eat... That is a lot of great suggestions. Lately I've been eating a lot of crackers (high in salt and am suppose to eat low salt diet- oops), spritezero, tons of water, cheerios, yogurt and pudding. Not much of anything basically.

Is it normal to be sick/nauseated this bad?

My only experience with nausea was with vertigo. And from certain meds. I haven't had that problem in quite a while, though.

Are you on any medications now? Drug interactions can cause all kinds of problems. I hope you can see your doctor soon. They need to find out what's going on.
