It isn't fun when you don't feel safe to drive. Today I woke up feeling good but now I'm starting to feel the yucks. YEAH! well, not really.

Why does this happen? Can't we go a day without it from not wandering into our lives? Does it ever go away? Ever?

i'm sorry you're feeling so bad.
i'd call your dr back and see if he can give you anything to at least help the sx's until you have your other appts.

try to eat small amts of bland foods, even baby food like the fruits.
and try, try, try to stay hydrated. being dehydrated can make dizzy sx's even worse.

please let us know how you are.

Nancy has a good suggestion. Bland foods....dry toast, saltines, ginger ale. Also try keeping some hard peppermint candy available. I used to keep a piece of that in my mouth and it was unbelievably helpful.

I hope you're feeling better by now.
