Judy, I haven't seen any of the Ugly Coyote shows. There was a TLC program, or I think it was TLC, that featured that bar. It was about an everyday person that took on a challenge of doing something totally different and she chose trying to be an Ugly Coyote girl.

It looks like Amzing Race is finally going to get to the final three. For the last two weeks they have had non-elimination races. I think it will actually be an all female winning team for the first time. I don't think Eriq and Danielle can quit fighting long enough to strategize to win. I think Danielle actually changed her top tonight though. I think she has worn the same top during each show (: Even though she does look sexy in it, I'm sure it was beginning to smell. I liked the plane scrubbing challenge tonight. Did those contestants really think that drill sargeant was going to let them get by with anything but perfect?

On the home front, my MIL finally is getting better. All tubes are out now, just an IV. She will start getting up tomorrow and maybe get out of ICU. It's been one very long week. I was wanting to go see the grandkids this week but that will have to be postponed(:

Thanks for all the thoughts and prayers.

I haven't watched the new Coyote Ugly competition but I did watch some re-runs of the old one. I was disappointed Asia won the PCD's... I hoped Melissa would win, or Chelsea even. But more Melissa.

Doydie, glad to hear MIL is doing a bit better.

Well, we'll see who wins Amazing Race. I hope either the Barbie Dolls or Myrna and Charla.

Can't even remember who went home on Survivor last week... they are all blending into each other. Still hoping Yau Man wins the whole thing though... He works hard and is such a good guy. Glad they took the spark out of Mookie's plan to put yau man on the spot at tribal council and let everyone know he had the idol. It turned out he looked stupid for actually going thru yau man's things and finding it. wish yau man would have been part of the group winning the reward though... he deserved some good food and comfort.

Wannabe, Mookie was voted out last week. One of the votes was from one of his own horsemen Alex. Some say Alex was completely wrong and a rat for doing it, others say it's all in the game. Oh well.

MIL still stable but I told the surgeon I wanted to kiss his feet when he said he wanted to keep her in ICU for two more days!. I guess she is still in enough renal failure that she has gained over 20 pounds in one week. And she hasn't had anything to eat yet so it's all water. I'm not having the phone in my bedroom tonight and no alarm!!!!!!!!

Hope you got a good night's sleep, doydie! That running back and forth to the hospital can really be exhausting, plus the emotional part. Glad to hear your MIL is stable but hope something will be done about that extra fluid. I know from my feet/ankles/legs swelling, but mine is lymph, it can be really painful.

Be sure and take good care of you!!!

Tonight I made the mistake of listening to AI while on the phone with my Mom. I have really missed being with her the last week while I've been at the hospital with my MIL.

It is so funny her being an AI fan. She is a very conservative Southern Baptist preachers wife. Maybe she ejoys it becuase it's something she can share with one of her kids. All of her kids watch Survivor and we haven't gotten her to join us on that one.

Anyway, I really didn't get to hear the competition all that well. I would say singing but I hear Blake put a lot of his own talent in his song. I still really like Phil. But it's Jordin and Mellinda for me. It will be interesting to have two voted off tomorrow night. I guess Ryan will still have the three lowest stand together.

Oh, I forgot. Someone mentioned the CMT series The ultimate coyote ugly search. So I watched several episodes tonight. I guess if I had started it at the beginning, I would have continued watching it. Who knows, I am addicted enough to reality shows that I might just 'go to' the finals with those girls!

Sally -- I agree -- Bon Jovi! Woo hoo!!! I enjoy the part of the program when each contestant is meeting with the "guest" who is giving them tips, suggestions, etc. It makes them seem more "human".

My favorite, Jordin, didn't do so well this time and she admitted she's not a rocker. Lakisha hit it though and Simon gave her a kiss -- on the lips! Ewwwwww! Simon that is. Melinda was terrific as always along with Blake and Phil, IMO.

You're right doydie, that Coyote Ugly Search is fun to watch. They repeat the episodes quite often and I can't remember if it's Wednesday or Saturday when there's a new one. So far the gals from New York City are the best. Shear Genius is on tonight (Wednesday) on Bravo at 10 pm here.

At least there seems to be a reality show for everybody! Have a good day everyone!

I'm really not agreeing with Phil going home...geez. If Jordin goes home tonight and those mealy-mouthed guys stay, I'll slit my wrists! I don't care how "original" Blake is...if doing that beat-box crap is original, then they can keep originality. I like singers who can sing, and neither of those guys can compare to Jordin Sparks.

Grrrrr...
