I hate it when they're so vague over the phone. Don't they realize that it just makes the waiting that much more unbearable.

I'd take this time to write down every single question I had so you can be sure not to forget anything once you have your appointment. And don't let them blow you off. You're paying them for their expertise. They work for you. Not the other way around. I'd keep on till I got some answers.
