Default Hubby finally related to my symptom!!!

He was watching an episode of the new show Detroit (something). Anyway just after the show began he exclaimed, "AHHH I can't take this show!!!"

When I asked him what was the matter he said, "the camera goes from one thing to another in rapid succession and close up and it drives me nuts....makes me feel dizzy!"

then it hit me....OMG....thats exactly how I feel sometimes and I haven't been able to describe it anyone.....its a sense of being "off" and feeling dizzy-ish and I can't focus on anything. Its like everything is no longer in sync. Things around me are no longer "one" with me.

Ahhhh.....validation.........here, honey......have an ativan.
