Default Numbness and scared

Hi! I am 26 years old, in fairly good health. I workout every day and I just had my first baby 2 months ago...

Last Sunday while at dinne in a restaurant, my left hand starting getting the pins and needles sensations then it went over to my right hand. It lasted until Monday acting numb internittenly . Then on Tuesday the right side of my face was numb along my jaw line as my face was going bimbo thought I was going to pass out like I was having a panic attack. My right side of my face has been numb for a few days now. And today my right arm and legs feel different, they feel somewhat weak but I am able to left things still and I workouted normally this morning.
I am deathly afraid of doctors and I think I am having a stroke and fear the worse.

Please help
