Erin,
Gait (walking) problems are pretty normal with MS. The drunk walk is usually an issue with balance. I hope you get some help from the steroids but, for me, balance has always been a problem and steroids never changed that. PT can sometimes, for some people, help with balance. Information about gait problems: http://www.nationalmssociety.org/abo...ems/index.aspx
