yes, my legs go all tight and stiff when I stand up, but I am also clenching onto my pelvic floor. like not being able to stop doing kegal exercises. its intense when I stand up, less intense when I sit, and tolerable when I am laying down.

@Sally lol, i told the DH that and he giggled.

Maybe its the weather, its icy, snowy, rainy, sleety outside and you cant make it to your car, let alone church. Maybe its a flare, I have other sx going on.

it is disturbing to have your body DEMAND to clench or push down into my pelvic floor. its exhausting and embarrassing, and im going to be really upset if this is a new sx that wants to stay.

I did use a baclofen which helped about 25% then later on threw a tizanadine at it, which knocked it to about 80% gone. At least I got some sleep from the drugs. This morn it isnt as bad, but it hasnt gone away either! Maybe I will agree to a dose pack if this stays. its awful! why cant my finger itch? or my toe shake? no no no it has to be my crotch! OMG!
