Default The Hug

So I was thinking I pulled a muscle in my right rib cage but I'm now pretty sure it's the "hug". It's slowly making it's way around the front of my midsection. It's not too painful but it is noticeable. It's not a constant sensation but every few minutes it reminds me it's there. It's got to be this cold, frigid weather. We're just not used to it this far south. Guess it's a good thing I don't live any farther north than I do. I'd be a spastic mess!

I haven't had "The Hug" in awhile. But, I remember hating it. I think you're right. the bitter cold can bring it on.

Stay warm. Kell

Mine must be very mild because I remember some here talking about it being very painful.

Reminds me I need to refill my LDN........I sure don't want to mess with that!
